Portrait Never Be Easy.....

To taking a stunning portrait it's never be an easy task.... (for me).... the model's expressions and posing; environment lighting and background; photo angle and composition must handle very well for each elements so that can give the WOW effect from a portrait.

Without a decent studio, ideal scenery, perferct equipments such as portrait lens, flashgun, diffuser...etc. So, I have started my ever first portrait shooting lesson in a room with a simple wall, a window, with my kit lens (14-45mm, f/3.5-5.6) and natural light...... end up, the outcome looks normal.... FAILED.....

Anyhow, POST PRODUCTION by Photoshop CS4, it able to produce the photo as what you prefer. Color tuning, correction of exposure, contrast, white balance, filter applies...etc.

Simple correction for exposure and lighting.

color vibrance tuning

color balance tuning

...and recently i had learnt the new skill in CS4, Texture Applies, from the magazine and book. By applying the texture, it made my portrait looks classic and with 80's sense..... hehehe...
